Iridium IX - the alternative for even more performance

These high-performance spark plugs with a center electrode made of the precious metal Iridium are used by many manufacturers as original equipment. They have been specially developed for the latest engine technologies, but they are also the alternative to the standard type for older models in order to fully exploit power reserves.

The special feature:
- The electrode material iridium is virtually resistant to spark erosion.
- Iridium enables particularly narrow center electrodes of only 0.6 mm diameter.
- With narrow center electrodes, more ignitable mixture reaches the ignition spark. This results in reliable ignition and better spread of the flame front.
